I have tried Beard Papa's once few years ago in Hong Kong. I am still very impressed with their cream puffs. Finally, the only store of Beard Papa's in Edmonton is opened now in West Edmonton Mall. They offer different flavors of cream puffs such as Mango, Coffee, Green Tea, Pina Colada, etc. They always have the original vanilla. However, unfortunately they have only one special flavor each day. I asked the front desk girl why they have only one special flavor each day. She said it's because they have only one pump to put the cream into the cream puffs. So I tried Strawberry and Original Vanilla today. Also I tried the cheesecake stick which I like the most.
